The Sustainable Child Friendly Cities Initiative (Cidades Sustentáveis Amigas das Crianças) in Mozambique was launched in June 2017 in seven municipalities: Maputo (capital city), Manjacaze, Quelimane, Maganja da Costa, Ribaué, Pemba and Montepuez.
